Ontario’s High Quality Zinc Plating Source
We offer rack, barrel and wired zinc plating over steel or cast iron with a clear, yellow or black chromate coating. We also offer a clear sealant post dip to increase the corrosion resistance of the clear conversion.
Zinc has very good corrosion resistance and is a widely used finish for industrial applications. We are able to provide both ROHS and Non-ROHS compliant chromate conversions.
We do zinc plating to ASTM B633 or equivalent. Thicknesses range from 0.0002"- 0.0010". Please specify which conversion colour you require, and let us know if you require a Certificate of Compliance.
