We offer rack, barrel and wired zinc plating over steel or cast iron with a clear, yellow or black conversion coating. We also offer a clear sealant post dip to increase the corrorsion resitants of the clear conversion.

Zinc has very good corrosion resistance and is a widely used finish for industrial applications. Our clear conversion coating is ROHS compliant whereas our yellow and black conversion coatings are not. We are also going to start doing an olive drab conversion in the near future. If you are looking for corrosion resistance, the darker the conversion coating, the more corrosion resistant the finish.

We do zinc plating to ASTM B633-85 or equivalent. Thicknesses range from 0.0002"- 0.0010". Please specify which conversion color you require. Please let us know if you require a Certificate of Compliance.
